Vacaville, California · USDA Inspected

Beef & lamb, raised on our family's ground.

Grass-fed, pasture-raised, and sold directly to families in Solano County — no middleman, no guessing where it came from. This season's harvest is limited.

Our Farm

Raised on pasture. Raised by us.

It started with wanting to know exactly what we were feeding our own family. That question turned into Gomez Farm — a small operation in Pleasants Valley, on the outskirts of Vacaville, California. We live on this land, so the health of the soil and the care of our animals aren't separate jobs to us — they're the same one. Six years into ranching, we're still learning something new every season, but the goal has always been bigger than any one harvest: a family ranch we can pass down for generations to come.

Our beef and lamb are grass-fed and processed under USDA inspection, and every bundle is sold directly by us to families nearby.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this meat USDA inspected?
Yes. Every animal is processed at a USDA-inspected facility, and every package carries the USDA mark of inspection.
Why do we pick up in Sonoma County instead of at the farm?
Our meat is processed and stored at a USDA-inspected facility. Picking up there keeps everything properly handled from processing to your cooler, so pickup happens at Sonoma Meat Co. rather than at the farm.
Can I split a bundle with a friend or neighbor?
Absolutely — many families do. Just let us know when you reserve and we'll coordinate one pickup for both of you.
What if I can't make the scheduled pickup day?
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to work out another time.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Frozen and vacuum-sealed for quality, ready to go straight into your freezer.
What does "grass-fed" mean here?
Confirm the exact claim language against what's approved on your USDA label before publishing this answer.
